I have recently packaged the MKI Search Game PWA as a TWA (Trusted Web Activity) with Bubblewrap according to the instruction in Trusted Web Activities Quick Start Guide.
This package is small in size since it runs in the Chrome browser, however it can now be installed from this Google Play Store URL as any other regular Android app an runs in full screen mode:
